Distribution Cabinet

  (1) The primary distribution equipment, collectively called power distribution centers. They are centrally installed in the substation of an enterprise to distribute electrical energy to lower level distribution equipment at different locations. This level of equipment is close to the step-down transformer, so the electrical parameters are required to be higher and the output circuit capacity is larger. (2) Secondary power distribution equipment, which is the collective name of power distribution cabinet and motor control center. Power distribution cabinet is used in the occasion where the load is scattered and the circuit is less; motor control center is used in the occasion where the load is concentrated and the circuit is more. (3) The last level of distribution equipment is called lighting power distribution box in general. They are far from the power supply center and are scattered small-capacity distribution equipment

  Distribution board (box) installation requirements are: distribution board (box) should be made of non-combustible materials; production sites and offices with little risk of electric shock can be installed open type distribution board; in the processing workshop, casting, forging, heat treatment, boiler room, woodworking room and other places with high risk of electric shock or poor operating environment, closed type boxes should be installed; in dangerous operating sites with conductive dust or producing flammable and explosive gases. Must be installed enclosed or explosion-proof type electrical facilities; distribution board (box) each electrical components, meters, switches and lines should be neatly arranged, firmly installed, easy to operate. Floor mounted board (box) bottom should be 5 ~ 10 mm above the ground; operating handle center height is generally 1.2 ~ 1.5m; board (box) in front of 0.8 ~ 1.2m range without obstacles; protection line connection is reliable; board (box) outside the bare charged body must not be exposed; must be installed in the board (box) outside the surface or electrical components on the distribution board, must have a reliable screen protection
